App is designed to allow simple tracking of diabetes, including blood glucose measurements, Insulin injections and consumed carbohydrates.

What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the app?
I am a big fan of minimalistic looking apps like "Clear" and would prefer a blueish tones.

Screen descriptions
Application is toolbar based. On home screen user can seen 3 tiles with today's information on blood sugar, carbohydrates and insulin injection. Each tiles is scrollable to left, where user can see the average data for past days. User can add data from pop-up views.
On next toolbar screen the user is presented with all the data in a table. User can filter the data by timeframe.
I need the design for home screen(with scrollable area), "Add new measurement" screen, "Data table" screen and "Filter" Screen.
