Small batch distillery tasting menu

Food & Drink
We are a farmhouse style rustic brewery and distillery. We are fortunate to have our "brewstillery" located right where farmland meets the sea. We focus on using ingredients from the local terroir ("Terra") and sea ("Mar"). Inspired by Belgian brewing techniques many of our ales are brewed in small batches that reflect the flavors of the season. Our spirits are made from the acres and acres of barley fields surrounding us, and malted by a new local maltster 5 miles away. Our target audience is a wide age range of people who appreciate high-end quality handmade "slow", truly local artisan food and libations. Tourists, hipsters, beer geeks, whisky aficionados, locals. Our location is an eclectic artist community in the middle of scenic farmland that overlooks mountains to the east and the San Juan islands to the west, attracting tourists from nearby cities who are seeking an escape to a simpler lifestyle for the weekend.
What's your vision?
We have a separate tasting room for our distillery, called the "Speakeasy". We make cocktails that highlight our single-malt whiskey, vodka and gin and also have small plates. We need a double sided half-page menu that we can edit in InDesign and print on a full 8.5 x 11 sheet, then cut vertically down the center. Need it by end of day Tuesday Feb. 16.
This can be minimal design. No artwork other than our logo. Just want it laid out so it is easy to read and makes sense. The menu paper is an ivory/cream color. the colors we prefer are black/copper/maroon. Our current menu is attached labeled SpeakeasyMenu0215...it is all of the correct information, but needs a clearer organization/layout. Please do not include the draft beer/cider section. That is already on a separate menu. Our older menu and design is called DTR menu template - which is the sizing we would like to stick with for now, since we have plastic sleeves that fit that size already. We print them out and cut them down the middle to fit the sleeves that we can easily sanitize between guests. Our most used fonts are Kamenica, Bartender, Caniste, but not necessary to use them throughout the menu.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Menu starts at $199.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
