Refresh Menu Design for Local Wood Fired Kitchen

We are a rustic casual restaurant located in Southern California. We are somewhat upscale but approachable. We have a small, cozy & intimate venue with a speakeasy sort of feel to it. At the center of our restaurant is a wood fired oven that is responsible for a majority of the food we serve. Our restaurant name "Flights & Irons" derives its meaning from the drink flights of wine and beer we serve. And the "Irons" pertaining to the black cast iron pans we rely heavily on in the kitchen as well for serving. This cast iron is reflected in our logo as well throughout the restaurant and on some of the branding. We've attached a few images of the restaurant venue to highlight the vibe and feel of our venue. Mixed clientele of small town locals and affluent tourists

We'd like to do a little bit of a refresh on our menu design. This is our new menu for 2022 and we'd like to create something with a very similar design aesthetic, look & feel as the attached PDF --> "Original Menu Design - Flights & Irons.pdf" This was our original design and the very 1st menu we opened with. We have not used it for a while but would like to go back to a similar layout...but only 2 sided (front & back). We like the anvil, the quote from our owner, and how the sections are easy to identify. We'd like to keep it simple, classy and fun. This is a content heavy menu and we'd like to fit all the food on one side, with wine and beer on the back. No pages, just front & back. Themes we are looking for: Rustic, Clean, Gritty, Casual...Easy to read & identify the different menu sections. -- DESIGN: One new element we did mention possibly incorporating into the new design if it can be done subtly....was the fire poker & cast iron rod that is shown in our logo around the wording. Maybe as a divider between sections or for highlighting the Market Special entree. This was just an idea the team was brainstorming on but is not required by any means. Please keep the paper color similar with dark text. Please no stock images. ----- DIMENSIONS & SPACING: - We're increasing paper size to 11x17 or 17x11in so it's just 1 large sheet. - We'd like all food on 1 side / Wine & Beer on the other - Please see attached "Design Brief" & PDF checklist for required menu sections, menu items, description & pricing ( **new 2022 menu**)
