aug 19. update. attached is our march menu that i updated a bit tonight and saved as august menu needing revisions. please browse through. the challenge we are having now is that our front of house manager is away on vaca and she is trying to send me the most updated menu. i should have it in one day's time fingers crossed. in the meantime please have a look at what we did more for the content and to be sure that you feel confident that the messages we want to relay in addition to the food items that are highlighted in yellow that need to be revised on your designs.

want to leave it open for your interpretation. we already got our logo from 99designs...and opening it up to our artist that created that but also to you all...
oh. we are currently using clipboards and our customers seem to like it. we want to NOT have to print out menus every time we get a food stain or spill on our menu. currently we have 6 pages. yes 6 pages. so of course we want to make that into one or two. we are not into laminating our menu as of yet...any ideas? we're super enviro conscious and want to maintain that thread into our menus please.
here's some menus i like but totally open to other interpretations...eventually we might open a second restaurant which serves all kinds of vegan fare beyond just wood fired hand crafted pizza.

and one more thing....we would like to somehow include simple icons for GF (gluten free) and NF (nut free) and SF (soy free) next to some of the menu items. we can send a revised list of the menu with those categories....so you know exactly which items are designated as such. see .png that i attached. by no means am i attached to them. in fact i would love for you to research the most accepted logos for all menus domestic and international. create your own key and image or use from what's internationally recognized like the letters GF for gluten free with or without a circle....etc....
for now here is a menu that we are using that is similar to the most recent one. so you see what or how i used 6 pages. crazy yes.
