What's your vision?

I want to redesign our menu to something easier to read and more fun. I want it be a cool menu design that can have some artwork/clipart. I attached some menus that I like but I'm open to new ideas. I would like the background to be white so it's easier to print. The size has to be 11 X17 double sided. Indesign file is preferred so we can edit it or Microsoft publisher. I included our indesign file for our current menu.
