Improve our existing menu design, and save the planet in the same time :)

Juicy

Juicy is a plant based restaurant that is about to open in Lisbon. We need your help on re-designing our menu ! :)

Here is the brief / context on the restaurant :

The number one cause of carbon emission is in your plate. That’s why JUICY is on a mission to change the way people eat. Our first step? Build a plant-based food experience that is 1) Delicious and 2) Fun.

Most people associate « eating healthy » with a boring and dull experience. Juicy is all about changing that perception on healthy food. Because we believe this is what will drive change.

1. Delicious. Chef driven. A sensing emotion in taste. We’re agencing plants in creative ways, to delight and surprise people.

2. Fun. Changing eating habits also means changing the experience. To a new and unexpected one. To a fun one. Where music, DJs, and special events will also feed your ears, and your social interactions.

We’re JUICY. And we’re here to prove you that Plants have never tasted this good!

We need to re-design our menu. We have an existing menu, but we feel it could be improved to both match with our brand (we have all the color and branding aspects for the space defined).

Here is what we’re looking for :
1) Please take a look at the branding elements (in particular the space design, the logo, and the deck) so the menu is all consistent with our brand, our space, and what we’re trying to build.
2) On the existing menu we have, the « flatbread » section needs to be differentiated from the rest. It’s our signature dish. And it needs to be very clear that it’s a dish you compose yourself in « 3 steps ».
3) Still on the existing menu, we feel it’s very noisy and kinda boring to read. Cf the dec, our entire concept is to change people eating habits regarding plants, by providing them 1. Delicious and 2. a Fun experience.
4) We provided addional “hand-writtent” feedback in the PDF attached (cf « current menu with feedback »). Make sure to take a look on this as well :)

We need a good designer that understands both our mission (why we’re doing JUICY - cf product description) and our needs. We need your creativity and suggestions ! Great design is self explanatory and will vehicule what we’re trying to build.

Oh, and it’s only the beginning, we’ll probably have more requests in the near future :)
