Think of an Italian market mixed with a Panera bread. Everything on our menu is made from scratch using traditional Italian recipes but served in a fast casual atmosphere. It's a blend of tradition mixed with the modern times to accommodate people wanting high quality food but made fast. We offer a set menu as well as deli meats, cheeses, grab and go and a selection of imported groceries. Target market - people who appreciate high quality food who have a sense of culture. families, people who like to cook, and middle to high income individuals
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Menu with the layout idea I have attached. I'm open to any recommendations. I want the menu to give a feel like a blend of Italian tradition mixed with some modern. Real Italian food isn't complex, it just uses 3-4 ingredients of the highest quality so I want the design theme to relay the same message in a way. no need for food pictures unless you have some good ideas to blend in. One idea I have is to make the menu educational in a sense with text bubbles in some areas saying what prosciutto Crudo is or sausage made fresh in store using Carlo's famous recipe - I'd like this only if it would flow with the design and not overcomplicate it. Dont want it too look fancy at all. Attached are some menu ideas that i like
