infomcm got their new menu by running a design contest:
Design a New Menu Concept for a Brazilian Steakhouse
Check out infomcm's Menu contest…
We are a Brazilian Steakhouse serving local, tourist and business customers.
What's your vision?
We have added new element to our dinner menu. We traditionally serve what is know as Rodizio were we grill then carve different cuts of grilled meats at the table with access to our soup, salad and hot bar which is set up buffet style. We have added a la carte option where customers can add there selection of grilled meats served on a platter at the table. We recommend that guest choose two to three meats per person. (like a tapas menu)
Attached is a picture of 8 meats on a platter that would serve a table of 2 to 4 guests. I have also attached a picture of a carver cutting meat at the table. The menu is on a legal size paper, I'm open to is being on multiple pages so that the description of the rodizio dinner can be more descriptive. I would also like the meats for Rodizio Dinner to have more description. Rodizio Meats Include *Picanha Our house special, picanha is cut from the sirloin with a fat cap. Seasoned with rock salt. *Filet This Succulent piece of meat is cut from the shoulder tender and seasoned to accent the taste. *Flank Steak Tender steak with lots of marbling makes this perfect for grilling. Seasoned with salt, peppers, garlic and parmesan. *Garlic Steak Tender sirloin steak with a savory cap that melts in your mouth. Seasoned with garlic. Chicken Wrapped in Bacon Chicken breast wrapped in apple wood smoked bacon. Linguica These robust Brazilian sausages are seasoned and slow-roasted to mouth-watering perfection. *Leg of Lamb Fresh young leg of lamb, marinated in yogurt, mint and mild spices, sliced off the bone. Pork Tenderloin Sizzling with flavor, served flavored with a parmesan and garlic crust. Salmon Atlantic salmon roasted with a teriyaki glaze.
