a cover for our online magazine

We currently have an old magazine on the iTunes store called the Winning Dentist magazine. This is a total reboot of that with a new look. This particular issue which will be the first one if a long time, we want to theme the cover like "Game of Thrones" the HBO TV show. We need a good new header with the title "Winning Dentist" and below that, the tagline "Magazine for the Solo Private Practitioner" I would like to use the Game of Thrones similar font for the headline of the theme of this magazine which is "Is Winter Coming for Our Practices" I am including the image from istockphoto that I purchased for this issue main photo that I want to cover the entire page in the background. I am including examples of magazines I like to go by for inspiration and I am going to include the titles of the other articles here that I want on the cover. I also want the final image in a file that I can use to interchange the background photo and article names myself so I can easily do this myself in the future. Here are the other article names: 1. In Our Cutthroat World are You the Wolf or the Rose? 2. Effective Dentistry: An Overview 3. How the Gurus Nearly Wrecked My Practice 4. God Save the Environment 5. Bird Box: Staff Bonus that WORKS but Doesn't Break the Bank 6. Dr. Chris Griffin Show Podcast Bursts on the Scene Note: I want the header with the Magazine title to be something that I can use forever and not in the Game of Thrones font. Just use that for the theme of this particular cover. The Magazine name and tagline should be timeless. Thanks
