WINDCAIT took my boring powerpoint deck and brought it to life. We now have a more professional looking slide set to introduce ourselves to customers. They made a few final edits to ensure we had what we needed. Recommended designer.
How jennifer.reynolds started their magazine cover journey

Real Estate & Mortgage
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our family of magazines target real estate intenders (both new construction purchasers - condo and low rise - and renters). Our publications are available for free via street level boxes and racks plus door-to-door insertions in key audience segments.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
In response to changing market conditions we're launching a new publication that covers a much broader area and multiple project types - this is how our readers are searching in the current market. We need a new cover look that will make both readers and advertisers go 'WOW!'. It's important to note that our cover is often a paid advertisement and in the world of new constuction that is usually an artist's rendering, although show suite interior photos are sometimes available. Please keep this challenge in mind when designing your cover. The new publication will be called 'Next Home & Condo' and we will no longer use the ypnexthome.ca branding or logo so you have complete creative freedom to design a new masthead. Although the content is largely advertorial, we want the cover to feel more editorial, namely with stronger design and placement of cover lines so they stand out, as with traditional newsstand consumer publications.
Also attached are:
1. Some design explorations for new interior layouts that we like, so could be used for cover inspiration (see REFRESH-OPEN-CLOSE.pdf)
2. A PNG and PDF that describe the current cover specs and trim size. Specs are flexible, but trim size should be respected.
3. A photo of our street boxes - where our new pub needs to grab attention.
