Usually their mom or dad falls, fall risk is a huge reason why they end up going to the hospital, and then a short-term rehab place to get better. Then the case manager or discharge planner at the post-acute care center requires the family has a caregiver with their mom or dad at all times when they get discharged. So the family ends up scrambling on google, or yelp, or asking around, or even relying on the discharge planner at a facility to recommend a few companies - to find care and set it up for their loved one before discharged. Families want a qualified caregiver they can trust to come in their parents home, they want to know the agency has all the insurance, licensing, and that the liability is not on them when hiring the agency. Which we are CA state licensed and all of our caregivers are licensed as well so the family has 0 liability or risk. Thats why they hire us! :) I know the children are busy getting their own kids through high school or college and want to focus on their own family, and they end up having a burden with their loved one needing care and help in the home, so they rely on an agency like us to do that. And we are a hands-on concierge level of service every step of the way making sure we monitor the care and that the caregiver shows up on time and does what they need to do in the home so families don't need to worry.

I would like a FUN, yet creative and effective ad that is minimalist and prompts the children of the loved ones to call us when their parents need care. I have also attached some examples of ads that I think are creative. Please BE CREATIVE with the ad and base the language from our website: www.goldenagecompanions.com , you can see our culture, values, etc. and all about the company on there. I even would be open to doing a minimal info-graphic look too like the story-board attached.
