Townhome development smart logo and website

We are developers building a small townhome project. We anticipate buyers to be first time home buyers in an up an coming area close to a university, private high school and downtown Tampa.

Preference would be to maybe bring in the colors from the elevation of the townhomes attached. Please review my uploaded logos and townhome elevations. The logos provided are for the colors not style.

I have attached a couple of logos depicting Old West Tampa style. I think incorporating these mustard yellows, brick reds, brown stone, and possibly a small bit of blue from the elevations sketches of the townhomes might be nice. Your web page templates mostly have white background, I would prefer to see darker back ground and white font. I am attaching an elevation of the townhomes, maybe you can draw color and style from this.

I would like the back ground of the website to be darker and use of white font. I will upload an elevation picture of the townhomes so you have a better idea of the style and colors.

Home page: Featured Image of the tome homes Contact Us Page About Tampa Bay page with other useful links like whats nearby, schools etc. Floor Plans Page Page with New Town Homes - floor plans of each etc. I need to be able to add content to these pages - I suspect this can be done easily.
