We Code Lab
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are "We Code Lab", a computer programming academy and software agency. We offer micro-degree-programs to address the skills-mismatch in Rwanda’s ICT sector. We provide high class IT training to working age Rwandan women (18-44) who do not necessarily need a prior degree or work experience in the field. The focus of the program is to develop expertise in the most in-demand ICT skills according to the Rwandan masterplan 2020 to foster the next generation of female tech leaders in the country. We address beginners and advanced female students alike.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
We are not heavily set on any of the color coding schemes. We selected three colors, but submissions can use 1, 2, or 3 of them.

There's a lot of very creative and interesting headwrap ideas out there! Google image search for African hair wraps: https://www.google.rw/search?q=african+hair+wraps&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiQsaGB35DXAhVE0RQKHYyuBgoQsAQILw&biw=1555&bih=810
This face is really interesting. The warm colors make it look like the woman is glowing, coming alive.
We address women, but we are not girly. We want to enable women to make a living for themselves and open a way for them to grow past traditional gender constraints. Geeky and playful themes might also work - there's a competition in Rwanda called "Ms. Geek" which is where female students compete by presenting their technology projects.
