The picture logo was already designed by 99designs. We want text to go with the logo. The text should say the following. All in the same font but to be printed separately with the logo. HAAS Spine & Orthopaedics HAAS Pharmacy HAAS Wellness Center Broadway Surgery Specialists The main web page should have these at the home page that will allow someone to then select the specific area they are interested in.

I don't know where to upload photos of the building, physician, etc.
