How fnw started their logo & hosted website journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are two experienced leaders in education technology. Patrick runs the online learning programs for Harvard Business School and Furqan runs a business that builds custom learning experiences for universities, nonprofits, and corporations. Together we are researching best practices for launching and running online learning programs. Our target audience are faculty, staff, and administration at universities in the US. Our audience is probably 10,000 people in total in the US. They are in the 40s, 50s, and 60s and are also highly educated (probably have a PhD). They are senior leaders in their organization, they are passionate about learning and making a difference through education, and they are innovators. They have titles like Provost, President, Dean, Executive Director and Director.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?

More details (including a wireframe are here). https://docs.google.com/presentatio…sp=sharing Ideally the website information architecture is extensible so that we could add additional sections (e.g. a page for publishing results of our research, our book, etc.).
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the logo and hosted website?
Very clean look and feel. It is likely that this initiative will be set up as a nonprofit so the style and colors should be consistent with "research" and "help" and shouldn't necessarily look too "corporate."

See the wireframe. There are 5 sections/pages but it could be one long "homepage".
