I am looking for something simple, modern, and playful. We are focused on serving small businesses and want to be seen as accessible, trustworthy, and empathetic.

I took a stab at creating a sample of what I'm thinking, but encourage all designers to build off of this. In summary, I want a lighbulb (insights) to be the centerpiece of the design. What I tried to do was to use the outline of two other lightbulbs around the center lightbulb to symbolize "crowd." I like this blue, but am open for a different hue for the yellow. I'd like to have to have multiple versions of the logo - (1) the logo, company name, and slogan (2) just the logo in a circle, and (3) logo + plus company name or just company name initials ("CS")

I want something simple and professional. Our model will require a lot of trust and transparency with our client base, many of whom will be small businesses with less than 100 employees.
