What we do: Seaside Guest Cottages and Beach Bar Target Audience: Travelers wishing to escape to more remote surroundings. Those looking for Bahamas at it’s laid back best. Cruisers and boaters visiting the Bahamas Casual and clean, beach chic, cottages with thatched roof bar and grill. Focused on chilled, relaxation with intimate casual ambiance and classic island flare. Situated on a leeward caribbean beach, quant 400 sf island style cottages are nestled amongst tropical grounds and coconut palms. Visitors are welcomed by warm turquoise waters, hammocks, and thatched shade palapas.

Property is currently under renovation. the attached feel board will describe our proposed look, feel and wine of the property. For the web site design we will need to use temporary stock photos or place holdersuntil we can shoot images of actual property, gardens, buildings. Atmosphere will be created in a clean West Indies vernacular with sun faded all white painted buildings, dark inky blue accents set on driftwoods with natural palm thatch features (would consider subtle injections of raspberry, chartreuse, turquoise, mango). Property is abundant in coconut trees, tropical landscapes, punctuated with thatched roofs bar & grill, hammocks, candle light, strings of cafe lights, fire pits . . .

Chic, tropical, sexy, fun, nothing juvenile or cartoonish. Crisp palette of white, dark inky blue (would consider subtle injections of raspberry, chartreuse, turquoise, or mango to compliment the dark inky blue). looking for branding that is sellable with logo wear by means of t-shirts, caps marketable to both sexes.
