About us
English version: I offer personal training for entrepreneurs / managers and young mothers in Zurich and surroundings. Trainings will be held outside and should represent a break form the stressful business work lives. The one hour functional training will is designed to let participants forget the pressure and do something for their health/fitness (work life balance). German version: Ich bitte Personal Training an Kernzielgruppe (25-50 Jahre) Unternehmer/Manager und junge Mütter an im Raume Zürich. Ich würde gerne draussen trainieren (Functional Training) und die Leute von ihrem stressigen Berufsalltag abholen und eine Stunde den Druck vergessen um etwas für ihre Gesundheit/Fitness zu tun. (Work-Life Balance)
