We connect them to immersive off the beaten path experiences, local artisans, experts and luminaries for them to be absorbed in the moment, leave with a unique sense of place and recharge. We do this through 4 hour sessions, day camps and full weekend safaris. If going wine (whiskey, cider, etc...) tasting is like going to the zoo, coming to a DolceVita experience is like going on a safari.
Our target consumers are culinary explorers...they are adventurous globe-trotting foodies* - passionate about getting a strong taste of place by connecting with like-minded soul and luminaries in the world of food and alcohol. They are drawn to in-depth, authentic experiences but also want their experience to remain fun and social.
*A foodie seeks new food/alcoholic experiences as a hobby rather than simply eating out of convenience or hunger. They are not, by definition, a food snob...but instead appreciate all levels and types of culinary experiences.
