How rick_air started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Aquidneck Island Robotics
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization which manages multiple K-12 competitive robotics teams. Our target audiences are the sponsors/donors from which we fund raise as well as the families we recruit to participate.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Our organization began 10 years ago in 2008 as a 4-H club. We have had incredible growth and are no longer associated with 4-H. Now as a non-profit, we are looking to rebrand by revealing a new professional logo. We want our donors and families to recognize us a stable, professional STEM organization and the logo should reflect this. Instead of the AIR acronym, the new logo should spell out Aquidneck Island Robotics. It can somehow highlight the acronym, but the logo should feature the words spelled out. Attached is our old logo as well as our sponsor packet to learn about our organization. The logo will appear on light and dark backgrounds as well as team t-shirts. Having a way to limit colors on screen printed items would be ideal. Vector artwork is a must.
