We've always treated "WHITESPACE" as one word, not two. Our logo in the past has just been a serifed font, all uppercase but with generous spacing between each letter. We're probably happier with something that starts from that rather than goes in a different direction.
Our iPad splash screen has an animation of some jewel-like solids (icosahedra, seeing as you ask) which move into a neat arrangement. See attached.
