Design a logo for Southwest Commercial Properties, a commercial real estate investment firm based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Southwest Commercial Properties
What's your vision?
Desired Style: Contemporary, Professional, Southwestern Accepted File Formats: Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai) Design should communicate professionalism and be web 2.0 friendly -- the company will be using a website extensively to advertise properties, find business partners, and blog about the real estate market. It would also be helpful to incorporate some element(s) associated with Phoenix and/or Arizona into the design, to distinguish us from commercial real estate firms in other cities; e.g. outline of the state of Arizona, the Phoenix skyline, etc. Flexible on color scheme, but whatever colors are used should look professional and be applicable to multiple corporate branding purposes such as website, business cards, etc.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.
It all began with a design brief.

And then… they selected a winner!
Mogeek is the absolute best designer that I have ever worked with. I am a very difficult and demanding client and expect only the very best. He exceeded my expectations in every way. By the time we were done, I felt guilty not paying him more. If you have the good fortune of being accepted as a client by this designer, you should run, not walk, as fast as you can toward his work!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
