I-Kazi is one of the best designers I've ever worked with and I've been working with designers for 10 years. He invested a significant amount of time reading my brief and understanding exactly what I was looking for. His initial design was very creative and encompassed all of the feedback that I included. In my opinion his design skills far surpassed the other designers in the contest. (Many of whom were expert-level designers). Beyond being an expert designer his communication throughout the process was exceptional and he never disappeared. Every time I gave him feedback he listened carefully and asked lots of follow up questions, and delivered exactly what I was looking for. He is also very knowledgable about branding and marketing and offered some great advice on specific pages and the overall strategy for the website.
He is a design rock star. Hire him and you won't be disappointed.
How paulg66 started their logo design journey
My blog currently uses the default "kubrick" header background:
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?

I'd like you to design an image that I can drop in to replace the one shown above. I don't want to have to change anything else on the page, so the grey border will need to remain, but your design will replace the blue and white areas inside the grey border.
Rather than have text over the top of the background image, I'd like them to be part of the image itself. I need these words to be visible in the image:

Online Tools Blog and Newsletter
This blog is about online business tools, and I'd like the image to reflect that fact.
- Image as outlined in description. I don't have any particular color scheme in mind, I just want it to look good.
