Zhong Lun Law Firm is a market leading, full service Chinese law firm.

Woo & Associates is a new brand name created by the Zhong Lun Law Firm Guangzhou office’s Corporate/Foreign Direct Investment team for the purpose of attracting online (through a website that will use the Woo & Associates brand as well as SEO marketing) international clients looking to or currently doing business in or with China, particularly South China.

Our team specialises in the practices areas of corporate law, foreign direct investment, mergers & acquisitions, labor & employment, intellectual property, and litigation & arbitration.

Our target audience are multinationals, SMEs and government agencies looking to establish a legal entity in China, or who are already operating in China but require legal advice and/or services. Our clients come from countries including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Russia, India, Israel, and operate in a range of different industries.

The design colors for the Woo & Associates website are likely to be black and white, so we need a logo that will fit this color scheme.

It is fine for the logo to have some color, but it will need to fit into the black and white design of the website. The logo can also be black and white itself if this works.

I should also mention that the Woo & Associates logo will also include a Chinese name, which I have included next to Woo & Associates.
