We buy houses that need renovations on an island off the coast of Georgia. Once we buy the house, we design a new layout, complete needed upgrades, then sell for a profit.

I really like the concept of having the outline of a house incorporated in the logo somehow-- preferably abstract or sleek so it isn't too "in your face". I'd also like to play up the idea that the business is located on an island off the coast of Georgia. The definition of "seaboard" is where land and water meet, so it's perfect for a company situated on an island. I'm drawn to feminine, thin (not bold) typefaces that play up the design aspect of our company. I also like the idea of using multiple shades of blue/teal/aqua. Not just 1-2 colors. Would also be open to lime green being incorporated. We will also be using a lot of marble in our projects so I'd also be open to ideas that are marble inpsired
