WishGenies is a social community for making gift recommendations. It works like this: If you are looking for a gift for a gourmet chef, and are stuck, you'd ask WishGenies, and we'd ask other gourmet chefs for recommendations for you. On the flip side, if you're a geek, then you'll be asked to recommend some great gift ideas for other geeks.

Other notes
We intend to create some game-type elements for the website. This will include awarding badges and levels based on how active in the community you are, ala FourSquare and many other sites. We ran a contest before to try and come up with some graphics to use to try and visually indicate how far the user has leveled up. Those images are attached.
