We really want a revamp and modernization of our existing logo, the GC number isn't required. We do commercial construction, not homes. The existing font and layout is stuff and old. Its our 40th year, we are ready to roll out something fresh BUT familiar. Red and Black should be included. www.willissmith.com

Pioneer Home Solutions
Pioneer Home Solutions is transitioning its business to selling and installing high-end premium roofing and exterior products for homes My proposal is a wordmark with a symbol integrated into the name, that can be used as stand-alone for specific applications (i.e. website favicon, business cards, etc.) The letter O in Pioneer is intuitive since there is only half of it, the other half was replaced with a roof. I added a small window there so this small window and the half of the O, looks like a smile, wink, which is a friendly gesture like he says "hello" The logo is clean, suggestive, friendly, fun, and memorable: *a smiling roof.* 😉 The execution is based on the golden ratio as can be seen on the bottom.
