-Thanks for reading.

-We need a new logo for our public hospital department of ENT.

-The logo will be side-by-side with the University of Sydney logo and with the Westmead Hospital logo - see attached.

-Please use the same colours as the University of Sydney Logo - see attached "colours.jpg".

-The elements we would like incorporated are the torch and book - see attached "examples.pdf" - especially example 5. But feel free to design something completely different or unique!

-If you are able to incorporate the lion, or the stars, or the cross or the red flower (NSW health logo) that would be great, but not essential.

-We would like 2 versions designed with the same elements:

1) Informal "corporate" version of logo with just the pictorial elements and "Westmead ENT Sydney" - as in example 5 on attached image

2) Formal "Heraldry" version of logo on a crest with the latin motto - as in example 6 or 7 on attached image. At this stage use this for the latin motto "EAZ DEFITLIG MEFTEM ILLOMIZAT" (Full motto to be provided shortly)
