I am a holistic lifestyle coach. I teach people the essential foundation principals to help them get back to greatest health. I work with people with chronic illness, autoimmune disease or those who are reshaping their lives. I address elements like nutrition, sleep, movement, breathing, etc and I specialise in the area of gluten. My unique angle is that I am incredibly nurturing and caring. I am intuitive and also don't work with just anybody. I only work with those willing to implement change and who are committed to the healing and recovery process. I deliver this information through consultations and packages.

Although I'm dealing with health issues, I don't want anything clinical or too serious. Of course it also can't be light and fluffy, but I've had a logo in the past that didn't have a breath of personality in it. I have tonnes of personality and would love that conveyed.
