The Daily Scratch is a gaming and video news app where each day users get daily digital scratch off within the app with the opportunity to win $1,000. Inside the app they will also get to watch 6 short original news videos and unlock more scratchers based on the number of videos they watch.

The logo should include an icon that can also be used as the app icon. There should be a version with the word Daily Scratch included and a version that works with no copy. One idea for exploration would be combining the concept of a Scratch-Off card with a Newspaper, as the Daily Scratch is a digital, app-based marriage of these two forms.

Part one of this huge project for one of my regular client is complete. We have settled on this interesting flag-pin self-descriptive logo mark for future no1 race finding application. It feature simple line work of waving flag and pin locator combined followed with bold typography picking colors from icon itself. Client loved it!
