Vital logo for upper cervical chiropractor

No slogan, but I would like CENTRE VITAL (on top line) and QUIROPRÀCTIC (on bottom separated by a line) with the alignment similar to above.

Upper Cervical Chiropractic office that specializes in the correction of upper cervical misalignments to improve the alignment of the entire body and to remove interference to the brain stem (VITAL CENTER) to improve all vital body functions.

I need a vectorized logo with a clean contemporary font (like Helvetica/Helvetica Neue, Nevis, etc.)that will be used in print, web and t-shirts. Also the logo will be embroidered on office uniforms. Upper cervical chiropractic is a very delicate balance between a serious, precise, mechanical correction, and a "metaphysical", vitalistic understanding that there is an animating vital force, (bioelectricity) which sustains and maintains a living body in delicate balance with it´s environment, constantly creating cellular replacement and regeneration. It is the difference between a living body and a corpse. I want to illustrate this concept of vitality with a bright color representing light flowing through the nervous system (without looking too esoteric/spiritual) I basically want a very similar image as posted above in the Dr. Truong logo with minor alterations, most notably the image above lacks a curvature in the cervical spine(neck).
