Food & Drink
Berber Kitchen is a premium modern Moroccan food brand. We will start by offering 3 types of Moroccan inspired Harissa pastes that can be used to add flavour to Moroccan dishes or used to stir into couscous or any other dishes such as pasta and then expand to Olive Oils, specialty Couscous variations, breads and other artisanal food products from Morocco We want our products to bring people together who love cooking and want to enjoy delicious Moroccan meals. Our products engage all the senses – they are deliciously tasting, aromatic, use natural ingredients and make meals that are a feast for the eyes. The target audience is 25 - 45-year-old professionals and families who are not afraid to experiment with cooking at home and want something new and fresh to try with the family. They love to discover and cook different types of cuisine quickly and easily for themselves as well as friends and family, they like to cook cuisine using ’scratch cooking methods’ and want authenticity and provenance in the ingredients they are using.
We need an awesome logo identity for our new range of Harissa stir-in pastes that can be used to flavour dishes. We are looking for a vibrant eye catching, clean modern and colourful logo design and type face. We want the logo to invoke a sense of exploration, to have a simple rustic feel, giving a warm and friendly homemade feel. I would like to keep background colour consistent, but showing three different flavour variations . I've attached a couple of examples for your reference. The three flavours are as follows: 1: Rose Harissa 2: Sun Dried Tomato Harissa 3: Roasted Pepper Harissa The logo needs to be versatile enough to sit on small jars as well as other packaging such as pouches or boxes. We like the idea of creating a modern interpretation of the Berber style patterns somewhere in the logo design * see RaRa Packaging. The most important thing is to have fun with the project and let your creative juices flow. I have attached some images just as a jumping off point for your reference. Thank you

I loved the concept from the get go! We provided feed back and they were so responsive and made adjustments along the way. Excited to show this thing off to the world.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
