VALK. : your plant-based protein provider needs a powerful logo!

Your plant-based protein.
Food & Drink
VALK. ( or valk.) is a brand that delivers alternative sources of protein. Plant-based (vegan), organic, GMO-free and ethically sourced. High-quality and unprocessed. Sustainable packaging. Our first product will be a raw, nut and/or seed-based soy-free tofu. There will be 5 flavors: plain, smoked, with olives, with spinach and basil, and with curry. Can be eaten raw or cooked. It will be high in protein (full branch of amino-acids), rich in healthy fats, low in sodium, cholesterol-free and sugar-free. Other products on the long-term will be "not raw" soy-free tofu, traditional high-quality tofu, and other products such as yogurts, milks, protein powders, etc. Target market: vegans and vegetarians, and anyone aspiring to a healthy lifestyle, as well as those looking to increase their protein intake. Soy-free tofu isn't commercialized in the US and in Europe, except for a hempseed tofu by Tempt. We need brand recognition and credibility.
Other color requirements
I would like the font and the color of "valk." or "VALK." to be quite sleek, neutral and bold (black or white?). "Your plant-based source of protein" can be incorporated in any way the designer wants. Since we have a quite versatile product, in the sense that our soy-free tofu will have different flavors, I think it would be efficient to have a logo that matches on different colors that will vary according to the flavor of the tofu. I am open to any color suggestions, but I like the gradient of colors on "the freshest fridge" (in "design inspiration").
