Kiwiblue got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Use your imagination to create a smart and whimsical logo for small wonder audiobooks for kids!
Check out Kiwiblue's Logo design contest…
These short and entertaining audiobooks are aimed at children aged between 3 and 8. They contain meditation music to relax them, sound effects to spark their imagination and each one focuses on an important teaching related to stress, depression, anxiety etc. In the first series of books, the child encounters an animal who acts as the main character. They follow this character throughout the story in their habitat. They help the character overcome an emotion, making them the hero. The next collection of books will most probably include animals or creatures as well, whom the child goes on a mini adventure with and who will teach them a valuable lesson in life. The audiobooks can be played before bed, or at any time of the day. They include short breathing exercises at the start and the female narrator describes what is happening in the story, as well as talks to the child (e.g. "Do you hear that? Someone's coming. Oh it's Mr Rabbit...and he appears to be in a bit of a hurry. You smile and ask him where he is going.")
Rough idea attached: -Play with the word "wonder" and have it look very organic (like the curved tree in the sample logo). One child silhouette could be lying down on his belly with his head in his hands (same style as in the sample logo). Another child could be sleeping on top of the "d'. There could be animals or creatures around the words, as well; the "oo" in "Audiobooks" could turn into headphones or the "o" in "Audio" could have a play button inside; the curve of the "W" could turn into two pages of a book..? Endless possibilities... I'm open to all whimsical and creative ideas - No need to include children but if you use children, make them look like children - not adults - If you create the typography yourself, that would be amazing because I will need to buy all the fonts you use

Ivana has been an absolute pleasure to work with. As a busy private practice clinician, I particularly appreciate how quickly she responded to my questions and completed project deliverables, and without sacrificing the quality of her work or her exquisite attention to detail. She made the process of designing my logo, business cards, and letterhead absolutely stress free. Ivana is by far the most responsive and gifted designer I have had the pleasure of working with. Thank you, Ivana!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
