Urban Nest needs a new logo

We are a small, boutique real estate team focused on providing superior service to clients buying and selling (mostly vintage but sometimes uber-modern or mid-century) properties in the close-in Portland, Oregon market.

We work with folks from 21 - 92, married couples, singles, friends buying together, people upsizing, people downsizing. We are all about creating community and relationships and provide lots of education about the ins and outs of Portland real estate. We are not your typical realtors. We are young aesthetically (if not young in age ourselves!), and enjoy our hip, urban clientele and the houses we work with. We are knowledgeable about design and architecture as well as contracts and negotiating. Our office is a small storefront on a hip, urban street filled with restaurants, coffee houses, vintage shops and boutiques. The building is super old-fashioned but our decor is a mix of French antiques and uber-modern furniture and lighting including a gorgeous orange couch! Our goal is for the space is for it to look like a cross between a cool living room and hip, creative office space. We reflect the urban culture of Portland, Oregon and are part of the new generation of realtors who work with a sense of style, creativity and vision. That being said, most of the homes we represent are vintage homes from the 20s through the early 60s so having a bit of a vintage feel to the design could potentially fit better with some of the properties we market. Not to say we're closed to something modern, but it would have to work on a sign posted on a 1923 bungalow or a 1940s cape cod. yes, complicated, we know! Our tagline is : Real Estate, Portland Style We're not providing any images because we've already been through four designers (please don't let that scare you, we are actually very open and willing to work with the right design) and we want someone to start fresh. We love the name of our company and have yet to find an image/design that reflects who we are and what we do. Please think outside of the box. NOTE: Officially we are Urban Nest Realty, but for the logo, we would be fine with "Urban Nest Realty" or just "Urban Nest." Don't need the "Realty" if it doesn't fit, especially if the tag-line is included.
