Kelly Smith needed a new logo design and created a contest on 99designs.

Established in 1994, International Marketing and Administration Company (IMAC) is a marketing company specializing in the mass marketing of insurance products. We work with major insurance carriers to provide brokers, financial institutions and associations with a wide range of innovative programs to offer their clients, customers and members. We manage all aspects of a program: from product offering to marketing package design to managing administration.
IMAC is historically a family-run business; however, in the past few years, the company has expanded. We would like an updated logo to portray that IMAC is an evolving company, that we’re a professional, growing and vibrant entity, and that we’re moving forward -- yet we still have an old world charm. Bottom-line, we want a fresh look and feel that is a take off of what we already have.
The current tagline is “International Marketing and Administration Company”; however, our clients all know us as IMAC so there is no need to keep that tagline. Some of our printed materials include a globe graphic. There is no need to keep that graphic either. The current website will be revamped after the logo redesign so don’t limit yourself to that look or color scheme.
What may not be clear on the website is the "i" and tagline are maroon and the "mac" is black.
Brokers who specialize in insurance marketing to financial institution customer and members is limited, so rolling out a new look to current brokers and clients (financial institutions and associations) is our largest audience.
Updated logo / earth tones preferred
Possible tagline: Insurance . Marketing . Administration
Logo should be insurance/financial related so solid and rather conservative, yet convey we are innovative solution providers.
This logo will eventually be used for a new website design and on printed materials and promotional products so needs to be simple and easily reproducible.
Winning design must deliver B&W and color versions, with and without tagline, in a format that can be resized and ready for immediate use.
