About us

Since 1982, Sensing Devices Incorporated has supplied high-quality platinum Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) elements to manufacturers and users of Platinum Resistance Thermometers (PRTs) serving industries such as; Aerospace/Defense, Power/Energy, Pharmaceutical, Research, Petrochemical, Food and Dairy & textiles. Manufactured in Lancaster, Pennsylvania USA, SDI maintains a large stock of standard detectors for immediate delivery. In addition, SDI engineering services will help you select or customize the detector/thermometer for your specific application requirements. SDI also maintains its own in-house laboratory to provide accurate and reliable detector, assembly, and Thermometer (IPRT) calibration. Calibration are performed using ice bath, triple point of water, and comparison calibration methods utilizing fluidized baths on the International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90). Custom calibrations can be performed over the range of Lq Ni to +661 degrees Celsius. If your success depends on precise temperature measurement control and accuracy, order/inquire today.

Client was looking to redesign his logo based on simple water drop lineart, due to scaling problems. Keeping the same color and client's font of choice, I came up with this simple and minimalistic design. Location pin made of waves, enveloping water drop in this neat and bold lineart, with just a touch of accent color is straight to the point, scales well and is versatile to be used against different backgrounds, and across the media.

Ambigram monogram logo

Some letters are realy hard to join in nice monogram and this was such a case. It took me quite a while to came up with this "KIK" initials logo that is also ambigram. Modern and abstract, with earthly colors it is iconic and memorable and will be strong brand carrier.
