We are a marketing company that distributes financial products (life insurance, annuities, etc) to the middle class market. We are not the traditional financial services firm in that we cater to a younger more enthusiastic client who is interested in developing a life bucket list and using financial products as a tool to reach their individual life goals. In addition to providing financial products, we also offer an opportunity for clients to begin a career in the financial services industry as a part-time agent. "Incight" is a combination of "insight" (knowledge) and "incite"(action). We the emphasize need for education AND action to be successful in life. High motivation, personal development, and quality of life are all characteristics of the Incight brand.

I have a current consulting company with a similar theme. You can get a feel for my taste by going to http://www.incightconsulting.com. I like "hidden" themes like the FedEx arrow and the sense of motion. The logo should be a marketing tool to begin a conversation about the company's philosophy.
