- NO airplanes, hotels, ocean mammals (whales, dolphins, etc, fish, or any icons related to travel. It's about capturing the islands essence first and travel last. - Scenery and landmarks OK - See current logo example at www.azores.com. Look at the logo at www.portugal.com. Please come up with something creative. - Make the logo more horizontal then vertical. Can't have too much height. - New: No palm trees. The Azores is not a tropical destination. The tree of the Azores is the cryptomeria Japonica http://drrf-sraa.azores.gov.pt/multimedia/Paginas/RFR.aspx
