Did an absolutely fantastic job: We ended up with a clever, novel, and extremely professional design that was perfect for our brand. Could not be more pleased. Also, this designer is great to work with. 110% satisfied!!
How tgasolutions started their logo design journey
TGA Solutions. please see tgasolutions.com for a glimpse into the past.
We are an advanced technology reseller (Cisco, vmware, disaster recovery, next generation data protection...). We have gone from a small, job placement service to a technology company. The right technology is just as important as the right people in business processes and procedures. We look at technology being an investment and a cost saver. We are family business and while we retain the integrity and relationship building facet of us we are still on the cutting edge. We need our logo to reflect these characteristics.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We target various verticals from education to healthcare to manufactoring providing solutions that are secure and provide a cost savings AND meet green initiatives. I would like to appeal to companies with all of these concerns. We have strong core values that relate to integrity and 'walking the talk'.
We need a strong logo that depicts the strong, advanced company that we are. We are the right fit for a company that is looking for cutting edge technologies. The logo should be an image in itself--a cohesive 'icon' not so much a picture/graphic and then letters (as in our current logo). The concept of 'we are the missing piece' is desirable. However, mainly a leading technology company as the impression is vital. I like 'clever' logos, i.e. Staples, FedEx (the arrow in the negative space), Komatsu, Merge even Citrix, VW... the image/text must have MEANING. Better said, I would like a visual equivalent of an onomatopoeia. The image is what the company is. It should remain blue and I prefer a 'solid' color mostly OR it should translate just as easily into black and white. TGA might stand alone but perhaps 'solutions' underneath or at least less of a visual impact? Main ideas--technology, virtualization, integrity, strength, data security et al.
