jimmifli got their new logo design by running a design contest:
TransplantNation.org needs a logo transplant!
Check out jimmifli's Logo design contest…
Transplant Nation is a social media site for people involved in the transplant community. We need a logo! Stat! (wth does stat mean anyways?) The logo will be used to develop the branding for the rest of the site. So you really have an open pallet in terms of colours, fonts and typesetting. www.transplantnation.org
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: Anything! Desired Style: web 2.0ish, glossy, reflective, anything that looks good Accepted File Formats: Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) http://www.TransplantNation.org Site Launch: Monday March 3rd The current design is a stock template that will be redesigned to match the new logo, it should not be used as a basis for design. The new logo needs to be modern web 2.0ish. It should focus on the community aspect of the site not the medical aspect. Most site members spend so much time around hospitals they don't want to come to a site that looks like one. Focus on community, friends and family.  Keep it bright, fun, clean and playful.  A variation with BETA added would also be appreciated for the next few weeks before we launch. Have fun!
