About us

As an Integrative Health Coach, I provide the space and expertise to enable clients to create their own miracles as they explore their vision for optimal health. The process has been described as "magical", as it enables lasting changes in client behaviors. This is opposed to traditional education in that it works very specifically with the client as an individual' every brain is different. IHC works within each client's personal values. It is not judgmental, but rather focuses on finding specific solutions tailored to the client as an individual.
