We are a startup tire retreading plant (cold method) that works with not only truck drivers but major companies with massive fleets. We growing rapidly and are already the leaders in our market. The company is being run by my brother and I. Both of us are young, free spirited and very adventurous. We uphold a number of values in running our company and our team, not least of which is our environmental footprint. Retread is known for its environmental benefits as it reduces the tire waste nearly 3x. We strive to build strong relationships with our clients, assisting them in any manner we can regarding their fleet. Our teams makes sure to show a personalized approach to each client, so far so that we know all of our many clients by name. Thereby our brand's identity has to be approachable but at the same time be strong enough to contend with our partners who are major companies in the fields such as mining, transportation, agriculture, etc. This is our first attempt with 99 designs so we are beginning with only a logo. If the experience matches our expectations we will also need web design, social media pack, etc.

It is highly preferable that the logo does not include a conventional tire symbol as this is a very mainstream design in our industry and we would like to stand out. However, if it is presented in an abstract form that may be acceptable. It is also preferable that the logo doesn't merely consist of the letters in the name.
