How Tnemelka started their logo design journey
Teleplace is an immersive real-time collaboration solution for large enterprises on the leading edge of social business collaboration. Using 3D virtual workspaces, we help large-scale, highly dispersed commercial and government organizations address their most advanced real-time collaboration needs.
We are in the early stages of market development and adoption, so the design needs to feel cool, hip, and leading edge while at the same time feeling sufficiently "corporate".
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are targeting large organizations in the commercial and government space, most of which are using or plan to use Jive and/or Lithium for social business collaboration technology.
We want to attract young-minded, web-savvy managers in the Marketing or IT departments of these organizations who are highly regarded in the organization but who also strongly desire to introduce positive change. They want to be seen as innovators while not being perceived as rebellious. Our design should correspond to the emotional attributes of this audience. The attached mood board, design profile, and color analysis represent the core design elements we believe are most appropriate for this target audience.
The first phase of our redesign project is a 2D logo.
The logo design must be a close match to the attached mood board, design profile, and color analysis.
3D variants are also strongly desired, so the 2D design should enable a 3D representation in future design phases.
In addition to a future 3D logo design, future phases include a redesign of our website and a redesign of the visual elements of our product.
