Please see the existing site at http://www.firststoploans.com I have uploaded a template but as you can see it is not really individual to our company and we have no logo. I have not created the links yet either. We need about a 4-5 page site. I can provide the content that needs to be added if we have no takers on the website creation then we will stick with the existing one and incorporate the new logo.

The most important thing with the website is having the ability to collect information from the visitors in the way of forms. I have created some basic html and php files which collects the information and sends an email but I would like to see if someone can help with putting the data straight into mysql or a csv file as is need to be put into our database (access). The design also needs work.
