We are a team of writers that work with anyone in need of writing consulting--from graduate students completing dissertations to businesses editing investor documents. Rather than merely editing people's documents line by line, we work closely with our clients to make sure they are crafting their voice and perfecting their message every step of the way.
Logo types to explore
Our title is a reference to ancient Greek philosophy, and is meant to elicit notions of antiquity, intelligence, and sophistication. Our colors are inspired by Athena, goddess of wisdom, and our name is partially inspired by Hermes, god of language and communication. We are interested in our logo playing off of those references. We are also interested in the logo resembling a crest or shield, like universities often have. We are not 100% committed to these ideas, however, and are open to creative suggestions the designers may have. We want an overall aesthetic that is clean, classic, and sophisticated. In addition, we have 3 subfields: Logos Scholar, Logos Professional, and Logos Business. We are looking for a design that can be changed slightly for each of those sub-names. Note: Below we posted an idea a friend came up with that we like, mainly due to its resemblance to a building column. We're not committed to this idea and are interested in other suggestions, just something to play around with.
