About us
As also described in notes below. We are a brand new Bar and Restaurant situated in an affluent part of Bristol ,England.Housed in a former Railway Station House. Specifically we are "OFF-PITCH"-IN A LARGE DARK CAR PARK . So we will need big signage and lighting for winter,its a wonderful building,and very close too the main strip( can be googled search "roo bar"-bs8 2pn). We will major on rotisserie chicken and pork served in a very relaxed environment on recyclable trays ,order at counter business model. Priced at the Student market. Interior is pretty run down but we intend to remodel this Aussie/Sports Bar . Bare wood and original "gothic revival building", will lend itself to a low key "steam punk style" with long bench communal seating reminiscent of a "beirkeller"- so a fusion of style inside.
