-- Update 3 --
No New Designs Will Be Accepted. The Contest Is Closed To Everyone; designers moving on to the next round have either already been contacted or will be very soon.
-- Update 3 --
The initial thought is that both Resume and Everywhere should be capitalized (CamelCasing is an option, but your call), but this is not required. The logo should try to capture the following attributes:
* Here To Help
* Easy To Use
Color would be nice, but please bear in mind the logo may be reproduced in black and white, so it should be sufficiently distinctive to withstand a copyright filing in B&W. All things being equal, we'd like a typeface that we can easily transition into those dreaded PowerPoint presentations so we can have a consistent, holistic visual impact, but that's a nice to have, not a requirement.
For deliverables, we will require eps, .jpg and .png files, as well as releases to use the logo as we see fit. Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo. Actually, if you use the stock MS clip art, we might question your reason for being around, let alone a designer.
We're sure that everyone says this, but we prefer clean and elegant imagery (because, really, who likes cluttered?). We know just enough about design to be dangerous, but we will do our level best to not be annoying about it.
That should be a good starting point.
As we progress further through this process, we are coming to the conclusion that we do not want either a globe or a slew of arrows in the logo; both seem (to us, naturally) to be a bit trite and cliche.

We are bring this contest to a close. No new submissions will be accepted after 10pm (Washington DC time) on April 14th. Any submission after that time will be summarily eliminated.
