The idea behind Leverage is that coffee is tool, a lever really to promote good in the world. Someone can have a small impact or strength, but provided a tool such as a lever can create a greater impact in the world. The phrase, "What's in your hands?" asks that everyone starts with what they already have, right in their very hands. Whether they worked hard to obtain it or they were given it freely. That image of seeing what is inside of our hands, and how we can leverage it for good in the world. One idea was an image of a coffee bean that has a texture of a fingerprint. Or a fingerprint in the shape of a coffee bean.
Looking for a strong text, likely a retro look to it. Art Deco or Typography perhaps. Mixture of fonts is always great too, such as adding a script. Image needs to be able to stand alone black and white however the use of grey and lighter blue accent tones could be awesome. Something that would fit a cafe that has the use of white subway tile, exposed beams, edison light bulbs, steel pipe look to it. Logo will be on bags of coffee primarily where the width will likely be less than 3.5inches, so it cannot be too wide.
