Advanced Response Concepts
Advanced Response Concepts (http://www.responseconcepts.com), a wholly owned subsidiary of WidePoint Corporation (http://www.widepoint.com), is a TECHNOLOGY PROVIDER to the EMERGENCY SERVICES and PUBLIC SAFETY sectors. We were formed this year as part of an acquisition by our parent so we are both a NEW company and an EXPERIENCED company all at once. We are currently working with two taglines “our TECHNOLOGY your EXPERIENCE” and “Where TRADITION and TECHNOLOGY converge”
Advanced Response Concepts is a company made up of both Techno Geeks - our engineering team, and Subject Matter Experts who are former firefighters, police officers, emergency managers, public health and health care professionals.
Our vision statement reads “No one knows what the future holds. Perhaps someday the people, who protect you, care for you, aid you in time of need, and risk their lives for you will not have to be called upon. Until that day Advanced Response Concepts will be there for them; building new solutions, providing INNOVATIVE technology, allowing them to deliver their best when faced with the worst. Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our consumers are the same type of people we have working for our company so we want them to know we speak their language. This audience is comprised of Firefighters, Paramedics, Police Officers, Emergency Managers, Doctors and Nurses, National Citizen Corps Volunteers, Federal Agents, FEMA, Homeland Security and the Defense Dept. Our customers are ALTRUISTIC, SERVICE ORIENTED, and PATRIOTIC. Our customers value TRADITION, and within their own fraternity have a strong sense of “brotherhood” or “family”. Our Customers GET THE JOB DONE REGARDLESS OF THE COST OR SACRIFICE. Our customers are INTELLIGENT, and EDUCATED, but work with their hand and are not afraid to get dirty. Our customers have likely followed other family members into their career field, are of mixed races and creeds, and although women are in these fields they are dominated by men. Although the customer is all of these things they almost all work for GOVERNMENT, at the local, state and Federal Levels
Our corporate logo should incorporate a design that is easily identifiable by our customers, one they can relate too. Although the words “Advanced Response Concepts” should be part of the design the graphic element(s) should be able to stand alone. Although our customers focus is on the “response” in our company name our focus is on the “Advanced Concepts”, a balance should be reached. We would like our Parent company’s logo or name incorporated. The graphic element should tell a short concise story of who we are and what we do, without requiring a long dissertation. The Logo, especially the graphic element should be able to be clearly reproduced and look good on a huge sign on a trade show wall or printed on a business card. Red and Blue are colors that resonate with our customers. The design should reflect the core values of our customers and our company to make that easy for you we have capitalized all the critical words in the preceding narratives relating to these values. The successful designer will keep in mind that this contest will be followed by contests for our product logo’s, initially and immediately three, but with more to come. For the most part our products have names consistent with Birds of Prey. RAPTOR and CONDOR being part of the next contest, with FALCON, OSPREY, and OWL coming in the future. The exception to this rule is XCALIBUR.
